GENERAL NOTES

  • All disabled customers are welcome at Reminisce.
  • As the event is held on a greenfield site there will be areas of the event that may have hilly sections and uneven ground, meaning that access around that site could be difficult, especially in bad weather conditions. Please bare this in mind when booking for the event.
  • Reminisce provide a number of facilities around the site to accommodate disabled customer’s needs. Not all disabled customers need use of these facilities, but we will provide access to whatever is needed and/or a free PA/companion ticket where required to ensure your day is comfortable and most of all enjoyable.

BUYING DISABLED ACCESS TICKETS
  • Disabled customers should buy a standard festival ticket. There is no specific ticket for disabled customers.
  • Please buy your festival ticket first. You will then need to contact us to apply for a free PA ticket, if required.
  • Please Note: Only buy your ticket, do not buy a ticket for your PA as this will NOT be refunded if you are approved a PA ticket through the application. If you are not offered a free ticket for a PA but you still wish to bring someone, and the event has sold out by the time we inform you, we can make one ticket available to buy.
  • Please contact us at disabledaccess@reminiscefestival.com for more information, or to make an application for a PA ticket.
INFORMATION FOR RECENTLY INJURED OR PREGNANT CUSTOMERS
  • Disabled access tickets and/or facilities are for festival goers with permanent disabilities, so broken legs, recent injuries or pregnant customers do not qualify. Here is a bit of information to make your event more enjoyable: We always advise customers to bring their maternity card or similar with them and on arrival to make themselves familiar with the first aid/welfare points. Where possible we advise customers to stay out of the main crowded areas. On arrival and when departing, please stay to the side or maybe arrive and leave a little later to avoid the main egress.
